The Intervention Aide will provide individual and small-group support to students while collaborating with the Student Services Team to address academic and behavioral challenges. They are responsible for conducting progress monitoring and maintaining accurate data records to ensure student success.
Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a part-time Intervention Aide for the Pepper Pike Campus. Applicants should possess a vibrant Christian testimony, demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and be excited about the great tradition of classical Christian education. This Intervention Aide will work with students, teachers, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges, will implement targeted interventions, provide support and guidance, and collaborate with the Student Services Team to ensure student success.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or similar field · Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities · Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks · Compassionate and Christ-centered approach
