The Intervention Aide will provide individual and small-group support to students while addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges. They are also responsible for conducting progress monitoring and maintaining accurate data records in collaboration with the Student Services Team.
Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a full-time Intervention Aide for the Pepper Pike Campus. Applicants should possess a vibrant Christian testimony, demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and be excited about the great tradition of classical Christian education. This Intervention Aide will work with students, teachers, and parents to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional challenges, will implement targeted interventions, provide support and guidance, and collaborate with the Student Services Team to ensure student success.

· Provide individual and small-group support to students · In conjunction with the Student Services Coordinator, conduct progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed · Maintain accurate records and data on student progress and interventions
· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, or similar field · Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities · Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks · Compassionate and Christ-centered approach
