Title: Brookwood Childcare Team Member About This Role The Brookwood Childcare Team Member provides a loving, Christ-centered, safe, and engaging environment for children while parents participate in church activities and events. This role helps create a welcoming atmosphere where children feel valued, cared for, and introduced to God's love through play and meaningful relationships. As a member of the Brookwood Childcare team, you will work alongside other caregivers to ensure every child is safe, known, and loved while supporting the mission and values of Brookwood Church. Must be willing to become member of Brookwood Church. Position pays $13 per hour. What You'll Do
Create a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for every child.
Build positive relationships with children and their families by warmly welcoming them at drop-off and pickup.
Encourage positive behavior by lovingly redirecting children and communicating concerns with the Childcare Supervisor.
Maintain constant supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care.
Assist children with homework when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom by: o Sweeping floors o Disinfecting tables and countertops o Sanitizing toys and play equipment o Cleaning mats o Removing trash at the end of each shift
Complete accident reports when necessary and communicate incidents with supervisors and parents.
Follow all childcare policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Serve as a positive Christian role model through your words, actions, and attitude.
Attend work consistently and reliably according to the assigned schedule. What Success Looks Like

At least 16 years of age.
Reliable transportation.

Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of the Childcare Supervisor. Work Environment & Expectations
