About the role

The Head Start Teacher is responsible for planning and leading engaging classroom activities while tracking student progress through assessments. They also partner with families to support child success and supervise classroom staff to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

Job Status: Full time (40 hours), 9-months LOCATION: Windom, MN

Education and experience

  • An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain it).

Candidates must hold an associate or bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Additionally, applicants are required to possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
