Wonderspring, a nonprofit early childhood education organization, is seeking dedicated team members to support our Smith Playground Center. This role provides support throughout our center working with preschool aged children while helping to ensure consistent care and coverage throughout the center. Step into different classrooms as needed to help with coverage and maintain ratio. Support daily routines and classroom activities Provide active supervision at all times to keep children safe Build and maintain relationships with children, families, co-workers and administrators. Follow and adhere to the responsibilities outlined by the lead teacher for the classroom. Maintain safe, clean, and organized environments
High School Diploma/GED CDA Certification required 2+ years of experience working with children, infants and toddlers preferred Strong teamwork and flexibility Ability to keep information private Basic knowledge of childcare rules Must obtain all required clearances and complete a Health Assessment with TB screening prior to employment.
