About the Role

We’re looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic educator to lead classroom instruction and curriculum planning, foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment, collaborate with fellow educators, and supervise support staff as assigned. With nearly 50 years of experience in holistic, play-based early childhood education, we celebrate every child’s individuality and foster a nurturing, inclusive environment.   • QualificationsQualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related degree, preferred; certificate in Child Development accepted. If no degree or certificate, must be willing to obtain. Must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aide Certification, as well as attend the Maine Early Learning Guidelines Training

Requirements

Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, though a certificate in Child Development is accepted. Applicants must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and complete Maine Early Learning Guidelines training.
