The Lead Teacher is responsible for leading classroom instruction, curriculum planning, and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment. They will also collaborate with fellow educators and supervise support staff as assigned.

Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field, though a certificate in Child Development is accepted. Applicants must be willing to maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and complete Maine Early Learning Guidelines training.
