What You'll Do As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging environment where children feel secure and excited to learn. You'll: Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers Build positive, trusting relationships with children Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures Create engaging experiences through music, sensory activities, books, movement, and play Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Maintain a calm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones Communicate professionally with families about children's routines, progress, and milestones Collaborate with teachers and staff to support a successful classroom Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy learning environment
What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience to join our team. We're looking for someone who is: At least 16 years old Caring, patient, dependable, and attentive Interested in infant and toddler development Positive and comfortable working as part of a team Organized and able to stay calm in a busy classroom A strong communicator Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing training CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Previous childcare experience is helpful, but not required. Paid training is provided!
