The Youth Stabilization Specialist provides continuous supervision, structure, and emotional support to youth within a healing-centered environment. They are responsible for implementing treatment plans, managing crisis situations, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with licensing standards.
As a Youth Stabilization Specialist, you will utilize your expertise to instill hope in youth by providing daily care, guidance, and emotional support in our program.
Our multidisciplinary team aims to provide healing-centered and culturally responsive treatment for youth to uphold our value of respect as we actively support each youth’s stabilization and development.
You’ll help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that promotes emotional, behavioral, and social growth.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED with three years of applicable experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree with relevant experience. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation are required.
