Seneca’s School Partnership Programs is hiring a Bilingual School Therapist to guide TK to 8th graders to success at ASCEND School in Oakland, CA. Bilingual School Therapists are integrated into the school community where you will provide healing-centered individual and family therapy, case-management services and conduct mental health assessments. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with caregivers, teachers, counselors, and school leadership to ensure and celebrate the success of youth and families in a school setting.
Seneca’s Unconditional Education Light the Change Program partners with eight charter schools in Oakland and one charter school in Hayward; including charter management networks Education for Change, Lighthouse Community Public Schools, and Envision Education.
Our goal is to provide essential mental health services to youth in grades TK - 12th in their neighborhood.
We provide targeted early interventions to help students overcome behavioral and emotional challenges while minimizing referrals to a more restrictive school environment.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling, or psychology. Additionally, they must be registered or eligible for registration with the California BBS and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
