(Office of Refugee Resettlement) ORR Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Clinician reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director. Responsible for coordinating clinical services, conducting mental health assessments, counseling interventions, monitoring students' well-being and adjustment to the program, assessing safety for release to a sponsor, training new clinicians, crisis intervention, and maintaining documentation. Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR Program. Ensures compliance with records and documentation and quality of care.

Compensation: $85,000 yearly
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, marriage and family or other relevant behavioral discipline with direct clinical experience is a program requirement.
Must be eligible for licensed or licensed (LMSW, LAC etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish
Successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant behavioral discipline and be eligible for or hold a professional license such as LMSW or LAC. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, along with the ability to pass background and health screenings.
