This position assists with classroom activities, student supervision, daily routines, and instructional support while fostering the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional growth of students.

Job Responsibilities
Assist the Preschool Teacher in implementing classroom lessons, activities, and learning centers.
Support students in developing academic, social, emotional, and self-help skills.
Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, rest periods, and transitions.
Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources as directed by the Preschool Teacher.
Encourage positive behavior and reinforce classroom expectations in a caring and respectful manner.
Provide individual and small-group assistance to students as needed.
Assist with student arrival, dismissal, and other daily routines.
Observe and report student progress, concerns, or incidents to the Preschool Teacher.
Adhere to all school policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and staff to support student success.
Model Christian values and support the mission of Catholic education in all interactions.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children and the ability to pass all required background checks and safety screenings are required.
