Teachers at PA work collaboratively to ensure systems of student support alongside strong mentorship from instructional coaches and leaders Teachers in this position must also ensure they analyze and adapt provided curriculum and teach in a way that supports Minnesota state standards, effectively collect and interpret data to guide instruction, provide individualized instruction based on student needs, partner with families and guardians to support students, and establish a strong culture of learning.
