The Lead Infant Teacher is responsible for creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans and managing the daily care needs of infants and toddlers. They must collaborate with assistant teachers to monitor child development and maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Our early childhood center is looking for a Lead Infant Teacher for our Early Care classroom. The ideal candidate must have experience working with infants and young toddlers, be comfortable and confident caring for infants and young toddlers, have excellent communication skills, and be a nurturing and patient caregiver. Lead Teachers create innovative lesson plans involving sensory, cognitive, and motor development to enhance the learning environment for our students.
