The Lead Educator is responsible for implementing and adapting daily lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning curriculum. They will also collaborate with assistant teachers to manage classrooms and support children's learning through play.

Three years of verified experience in Early Child Care Pennsylvania Level 1 or 2 Certificate, or Nursery/PreK, preferred Excited to learn from a growing team Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers and other classrooms in the school Implementing and creating daily lesson plans using Goddard's Wonder of Learning curriculum Experienced with positive classroom management techniques Nurturing instincts to support children leading their own learning through play We are interviewing daily to find Lead and Assistant Teachers to support all ages. We are gearing up for our fourth school year and our incredible faculty has grown so much in that time! We are now looking to add additional support to our growing school with a new Lead Preschool and PreK Teacher for our future growth plans during this school year!
Candidates should share their experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. While building our faculty, we will provide all teachers the opportunity to explore various ages and developmental levels as we find ideal mutual fits for each teacher.
