Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Provide individualized and small-group speech and language therapy Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Create measurable goals based on students’ individual communication needs Support students with speech, language, social communication, fluency, voice, and augmentative communication needs Provide developmentally appropriate services to preschool-aged students Adapt therapy and communication supports for students with complex medical and educational needs Track student progress and maintain accurate service documentation Prepare evaluation reports, progress reports, and other required records Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and multidisciplinary team planning Collaborate with the other assigned SLP, teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers Provide communication strategies and consultation to classroom staff and families Ensure services comply with state, federal, and district requirements
