About the role

The PE Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering physical education lessons, teaching sports techniques, and promoting health and nutrition. They must also organize school sports activities while ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all students.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create and implement lesson plans focused on physical fitness, sports, and health education. Teach Sports Rules and Techniques: Instruct students on the rules and strategies of various sports and physical activities. Assess Student Progress: Evaluate students' physical abilities and progress, providing feedback and guidance. Promote Health and Nutrition: Incorporate health and nutrition education into the curriculum. Organize Activities: Oversee physical education activities, including sports tournaments and classes. Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe environment for all physical activities. Communicate with Parents: Keep parents and guardians informed about their children's progress. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and research in physical fitness and education.
