We're looking for a warm, experienced tutor to work with four siblings (ranging from Kindergarten through 6th grade) two mornings a week in Franklin, Tennessee.
The family homeschooled for the past two years, and this fall the kids are starting a tutorial program where they'll attend classes part of the week and learn at home the rest.
Their family is looking for someone to take the lead on reading, writing, and math during those home mornings, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Student Profiles You'll work with four siblings, ranging from Kindergarten through 6th grade, who have learned at home together for the past two years.

What You'll Do Plan and teach reading, writing, and math on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, working with the kids one-on-one and in small sibling groups.
Teach at four different levels in a single morning, keeping the kids you're not working with engaged in something worthwhile.
Build on what the kids are covering at their tutorial program, filling gaps and adding challenge where each one needs it.
Work with Thrive's Educational Management team and the family on goals, materials, and progress.
Keep sessions lively.
More conversation, reading aloud, and hands-on math than worksheets.
Give the family a clear picture of how each child is doing and what's coming next.
Adjust your approach as the kids settle into the tutorial program through the fall.
