● Greet each child by name and acknowledge parents during drop off and pick up times daily. ● Ensure the safety of each child. ● Maintain confidentiality of school directives, curriculum and software. ● Read, understand and implement all policies and procedures of The Gardner School and all State Licensing Agencies. ● Maintain professional and positive relationships with the parents and coworkers. ● Advise the Director or Assistant Director of any supplies needed for the upcoming months. ● Follow the standards set forth for the conduct and responsibilities of all staff members who come in contact with children. The anticipated pay range for this position is $15.30 – $20.70 per hour. The actual starting rate will be based on a variety of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. Assistant Teacher Desired Skills and Experience: One year professional experience Must love working with children and have a loving and nurturing personality. BS or BA degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education or related degree preferred. Intermediate PC skills Possess a valid driver’s license Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
