Job Description

The role of the assistant coach is to assist the head coach in all phases of the program including, but not limited to recruiting, practice preparation, administrative duties, game day preparation, coaching, community outreach, academic supervision, and fundraising.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/experience/licensing

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced playing or coaching experience.

Communication and other skills

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Comfortable and proficient in technology and computer skills involving (but not limited to) Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
