The instructor will support the Clinical Technician Academy by facilitating educational programs and orienting staff to patient care and performance standards. They will also assist in classroom training and implement initiatives to improve staff competence and retention.
The Inova Nursing Professional Development Department is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse INPD Instructor for our incredible Clinical Technician Academy.

This is an evolving role and the expectation is to provide positive ongoing support to our Clinical Technician Academy while role modeling Inova’s values.
Hours: PRN; Monday-Friday (typical office hours); at least 1 shift per week
