Job Responsibilities
Plan and deliver educational instruction using the most efficient and effective methodology for the students assigned when the regular teacher is unavailable.
Provide corrective feedback to students and re-teach as necessary, to ensure students have mastered the objections.
Collaborate and clearly communicate with parents/guardians and other educators to assist the students.
Implement approved-course curriculum.
Implement modifications in a student's education plan as required.
Complete written reports and assigned administrative tasks related to these functions as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
State of Florida law requires fingerprinting and clearance through the Florida DOE Background Screening Clearinghouse for all school-based positions.
