At Super Soccer Stars, we introduce children ages 5 to 11 years old to the fundamentals of soccer in a positive, engaging, and non-competitive environment. We're currently seeking a fun, energetic, and experienced soccer coach for Monday classes in Clermont at Hancock Park to be specific.
Mondays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM Additional shifts are also available throughout the week for coaches looking to increase their hours. As we continue our company-wide expansion, we're looking for enthusiastic, high-energy individuals to join our all-star team! The ideal candidate loves soccer and, most importantly, enjoys working with young children. Previous experience coaching or working with children Strong communication and leadership skills US Soccer coaching licenses or certifications (4v4 and/or 7v7) preferred, but not required Reliable transportation and punctuality We provide training on our curriculum to ensure you're set up for success. MUST be available Monday Evenings 4-7pm Passion for working with children At least 18 years of age. Must have reliable transportation Must be available to start immediately. Must be able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families Benefits & Perks Flexible, part-time schedule that works well with school or another job. Paid training and ongoing professional development including pay and reimbursement for CPR and sports certification training. CPR certification assistance provided. Starting Pay (Assistant Coach during training): $25/hour Coach Pay (after successful training): $30/hour Performance-based advancement opportunities with pay up to $40/hour.
