The Learning Experience – Byron Center is seeking a caring and dependable Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and wants to be part of a positive, supportive school environment.

What You'll Do: Provide attentive care and supervision for young children
Lead engaging, age-appropriate learning and play activities
Support children's language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Guide children through meals, rest time, outdoor play, toileting, and classroom transitions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
Build positive relationships with children and families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
Caring, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication skills
Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
