To excel as a Part-Time Swim Team Coach at the Y, a blend of essential skills and experiences is necessary.
A high school diploma is required, coupled with a solid competitive swimming background that equips you with first-hand knowledge of the sport.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, allowing you to inspire and motivate team members while fostering a positive team culture.
Additionally, being organized and detail-oriented will help you effectively classify swimmers and manage event assignments.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Must have a HS Diploma Competitive swimming background
