You will make an impact by: Provide a wide variety of student-centered registrar and support functions for the Campus Registrar and Assistant Registrar II.
Provide data entry into all systems including, but not limited to, Campus Nexus (CNS), Transfer Equivalency System (TES), and Customer Relation Management (CRM) system.
Ensure that student records are accurately maintained as determined by regulatory, legal, or institutional policies and procedures.
Assist with tracking attendance via reporting and communicating directly with faculty, program deans, chairs, Executive Directors, and other executives who violate West Coast University’s attendance policies.
Assist with monitoring final grade submissions into Campus Nexus (CNS) in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure that all academic-related policies are followed, especially those that pertain to Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
Assist with various reports including, but not limited to, Selected Letter Grade Reports, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), Attendance, and Final Grades.
Assist with data entry of the academic class schedule to ensure that all academic courses are properly created with accurate data elements (schedule, course hours, attendance rules, etc.).
Assist in evaluating transcripts for potential transfer credit, posting the findings into Campus Nexus (CNS) and the Transfer Equivalency System (TES) and ensure that students are given appropriate credit for all relevant previous education that meets West Coast University policy.
Your Experience Includes: Requires basic knowledge of standards and processes within a narrow scope of work.
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
Experience with Campus Nexus (CNS).
Knowledge of regulations such as FERPA.
