Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood development goals Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children Monitor and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and classroom activities Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play Maintain accurate developmental records and assessments for each child Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a consistent, nurturing program
