This position assists with practices, game preparation, player development, and supervision while helping student-athletes grow athletically, academically, personally, and spiritually. Key Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach with planning and conducting practices and games. Teach soccer fundamentals, strategies, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Support the development and evaluation of student-athletes. Promote Marian Central Catholic’s mission and model Christian leadership and character. Maintain a safe, positive, disciplined, and competitive team environment. Follow all Marian Central Catholic and IHSA policies and expectations. Assist with equipment, game-day responsibilities, communication, and other duties assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.
