Market context
Infant Assistant Teacher roles in New York are typically in demand where licensed child care programs need staff who can support infant routines, safety, and classroom consistency. This role is competitive because employers often prefer candidates with infant or young-child experience, CPR and First Aid, and state licensing eligibility, while benefits like health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) matching can help offset the hourly pay range. If you are considering applying, confirm your licensing readiness and certification status first; the requirements and benefits shown here are AI-summarized from the original job description, which can save you time researching the posting.
