The Lead Teacher will plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment. They are also responsible for building strong relationships with families and collaborating with assistant teachers to support child growth.

We are seeking a a full-time Lead Teacher to plan and lead high-quality classroom experiences aligned with PA Early Learning Standards and YMCA core values. Ideal candidates are passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments that support growth and development of young children while building strong partnerships with families and the community.
00am to 5:30pm or 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree with 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field and at least 2 years of documented experience. Additionally, they must possess or be able to obtain CPR/AED and Pediatric First Aid certifications.
