In this evening role, you will teach foundational modules—such as Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, Math, and Study Skills—before students enter their specialized healthcare programs. Subject
Facilitation: Deliver engaging evening classes covering Study Skills, Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Computer Literacy, Math Fundamentals, and CPR/First Aid.
Confidence
Building: Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, digestible lessons that build student confidence and academic readiness.
Student
Retention: Act as an academic mentor, identifying at-risk students early and connecting them with campus tutoring and support resources.
Evaluation &
Feedback: Grade assignments, evaluate student progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure mastery of core subjects.
Records
Maintenance: Maintain accurate and compliant records of student attendance, grades, and academic logs.
Campus
Collaboration: Partner with campus leadership to support student success and program retention from day one.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, corporate training, or academic mentoring.
Candidates must have at least three years of occupational experience in healthcare or administrative settings, or graduation from an accredited program. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are required for this instructional role.
