Support the Next Generation of Practical Nurses at Pima Medical Institute! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as a Substitute Clinical Instructor (PRN) for our Practical Nursing (LPN) program at our Aurora campus.
This PRN role is ideal for an active RN who enjoys teaching and mentoring, but prefers a flexible, as-needed schedule. You will step in to lead clinical rotations, supervise students in patient-care environments, and ensure seamless continuity of instruction when primary faculty are unavailable—allowing you to contribute meaningfully to nursing education while maintaining your clinical practice.

Alignment: Assist in implementing and evaluating the Practical Nursing program’s mission, objectives, and clinical standards.
Faculty
Collaboration: Partner with ANIP and Clinical Faculty to maintain consistent instructional quality and curriculum delivery.
Policy
Adherence: Strictly follow and enforce all institutional and clinical facility policies and procedures.
Retention &
Progress: Monitor weekly student progress and coordinate Academic Success Plans with the Clinical Director as needed.
Attendance &
Documentation: Maintain precise student attendance logs and ensure compliance with all record-keeping policies.

Advisory: Address concerns between students and institutional staff, providing ongoing guidance on clinical techniques and professional conduct.
