The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily lessons while conducting child observations and assessments. They must also collaborate with the classroom team to ensure compliance with GSRP standards and maintain high-quality instruction.
The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded, nationally recognized, Pre-K program for 4-year-old children. The GSRP Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the GSRP grant.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Elementary Education, or valid teaching certificate with ZA/ZS endorsement
