What is an RBT?

As a Behavior Technician (BT)/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll be using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to create positive change in the lives of children.

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one support to children with developmental and behavioral challenges in their home or community settings, all while receiving PAID TRAINING TO BECOME AN RBT!

Implement ABA techniques: Use individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to support children and their families.

Collect data and document progress using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and assist with administrative tasks.

Collaborate with families: Support parents and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies to foster success at home and in the community.

Are You the Right Fit?

If you have a passion for helping others, here’s what we’re looking for: A deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of children and families Professional experience with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., Nanny, Teacher, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, etc.) OR relevant educational background in psychology, sociology, education, or related fields A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (ride-sharing or public transportation are not permitted for this position) Ability to work evenings and after-school hours (client sessions are typically 2-6 hours long, Monday through Friday) Willingness to start part-time while your caseload grows Comfort using technology for documentation and administrative tasks Core Responsibilities: Engage with kids in a meaningful way: Be a source of joy, fun, and inspiration for children while applying learning strategies.

Support individual growth: Implement behavior intervention plans focused on the strengths and needs of each child.

Data collection: Record detailed progress notes and data points in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

Family collaboration: Empower families to support their children’s development at home.
