About the role

The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for two-year-olds. They will lead hands-on learning experiences, mentor assistant teachers, and build positive relationships with families.

We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and compassionate Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher who can turn everyday moments into meaningful learning experiences and lead a classroom filled with curiosity, laughter, and growth.

As our Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher, you'll be the captain of your classroom, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and thrive.
