Support Lead Teachers in implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Jump into different classrooms as needed to keep our day running smoothly Play, teach, encourage, and interact with children throughout the day Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Assist during meals, activities, nap time, and outdoor play Build strong, positive connections with students, families, and teammates Follow center policies and state licensing requirements to ensure excellence in care Support personal care routines, including diapering and potty training when needed What We're Looking For
