The Learning Experience – Andover is seeking an EEC Certified Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our Toddler classroom.
This is an exciting stage of development as children rapidly build language skills, independence, confidence, and their first friendships. We're looking for an educator who can provide the nurturing support toddlers need while creating engaging learning experiences that encourage exploration and development.

What You'll Do: Create engaging daily learning experiences for toddlers ages 12–36 months
Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through developmentally appropriate activities
Encourage early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Help children develop independence through consistent classroom routines
Support meals, diapering, toileting readiness, rest time, and transitions
Use positive guidance to encourage appropriate behaviors and social interactions
Maintain a safe, nurturing, clean, and organized classroom environment
Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families
Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Previous professional toddler, daycare, or childcare classroom experience preferred
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, nurturing, patient, and energetic
Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
