The Learning Experience – Worcester is hiring a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create an engaging classroom where children learn through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
You'll help preschoolers strengthen early academic skills while developing the independence, confidence, communication, and social-emotional skills they need for kindergarten and beyond.
What You'll Do: Plan and lead engaging preschool learning experiences
Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support early literacy, math, science, language, and social-emotional development
Encourage independence and positive peer relationships
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
Guide children through learning centers, group activities, meals, outdoor play, and transitions
Observe children's progress and communicate with families
Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
Qualifications: Previous professional preschool or childcare experience preferred
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification preferred: Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented
Must meet applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
