Lead a Nurturing Classroom for Our Youngest Learners
The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an EEC Certified Infant Lead Teacher to create a warm, responsive classroom where infants feel safe, secure, and encouraged to explore.
We're looking for an experienced infant educator who understands that exceptional infant care combines nurturing relationships and consistent routines with intentional opportunities for sensory, language, physical, and social-emotional development.
What You'll Do: Lead daily routines and educational experiences in the Infant classroom
Provide responsive care including feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized schedules
Create age-appropriate sensory and developmental learning experiences
Encourage early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
Observe and document developmental milestones
Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom
Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
Build strong relationships with families through consistent communication
Maintain required classroom records and documentation
Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements
Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required: Professional infant classroom experience strongly preferred
Lead Teacher experience preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and responsive caregiving
Excellent communication and classroom organization skills
Patient, nurturing, dependable, and team-oriented
Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
