About the role

The cheer coach is responsible for managing all phases of the competitive NCAA Division II cheerleading program, including coaching, recruiting, and budget management. They must also supervise athletes, oversee fundraising efforts, and monitor the academic progress of team members.

Summary of Job Duties

The responsibilities include implementation and management of all phases of a competitive NCAA Division II cheerleading program in accordance with NCAA, Great American Conference, and University regulations including coaching, recruiting, traveling, managing budget, supervising athletes, fund-raising, promoting and monitoring academic progress of cheerleaders. Other duties may be assigned by the Director of Athletics.
