The resident will provide pastoral care, spiritual support, and crisis intervention to patients, families, and staff. They will also participate in the Clinical Pastoral Education curriculum and document all interventions according to organizational standards.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in a Theology, Spirituality or related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE is preferred. Ordination or equivalency in faith group is preferred.
