Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - WEEKENDS OFF! Pay: Hourly | Service Contract Act (SCA) Covered Position 💰 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus: 50% paid on your first paycheck 50% paid after six months of continuous employment Additionally: Paid Holidays Paid Training Days Free On Center Parking Free CPR training and certification Employees who receive the initial sign-on bonus payment must remain employed for at least six (6) months. Employees who voluntarily separate before completing six months of employment will be required to repay the initial bonus payment. What You'll Do As a member of our Health & Wellness team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our students by: ❤️ Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with your state's Nurse Practice Act. 🩺 Conducting health assessments, walk-in evaluations, and wellness screenings. 📋 Assisting with new student physical assessments and health orientations. 🔬 Reviewing laboratory results and collaborating with the Center Physician or medical provider on follow-up care. 💙 Developing individualized wellness plans and educating students on healthy lifestyle choices. 📚 Leading wellness education groups and providing one-on-one health counseling. 🦠 Maintaining infection prevention and control standards, including proper handling of medical equipment and specimens. 📝 Accurately documenting student health encounters and maintaining confidential medical records. 🤝 Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote a safe, healthy, and supportive campus environment. 🌟 Supporting a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and student success. 💡 Pitching in wherever needed to help our students and team thrive. Qualifications

State Licensed Vocational Nurse’s License/Licensed Practical Nurse’s License and one year’s experience as a practicing LVN/LPN. Active, unrestricted license to practice in state where center is located. Prefer two or more years of experience.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license and have at least one year of practicing experience. Strong communication skills and a student-focused approach are essential for this role.
