About the role

The coach is responsible for shaping training strategies, supervising assistant coaches, and preparing gymnasts for high-level competition. They will also assist directors in developing new gymnastics-centered fitness programs and maintaining strong communication with athletes and families.

Junior Gymnastics Team Coach: Quakertown, PA | Part Time, Hourly, Evenings & Weekends Availability | $18 per hour

What is needed for this job

  • 16+ years of age
  • 3+ years of experience in gymnastics setting
  • Ability to design and implement progressive training plans
  • Strong communication with athletes and families

The responsibilities we will trust you with

  • Shaping training trategies, supervising coaches, and preparing gymnasts for high-level competition
  • Reporting to the Branch director
  • Strong communication with athletes and families
  • Strong leadership and mentorship for assistant/junior coaches
  • Confident spotting of advanced tumbling and apparatus skills
  • Routine composition and performance optimization experience
  • Assisting directors in developing new gymnastics-centered fitness programs
