Bachelors Degree in Education, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required; Masters preferred. Experience with providing job coaching, workforce development or job training preferred At least (3) years of experience working with low-income, high-risk children, teens, and families. Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent organization and planning skills (developing curricula, creating workshops). Requires access to a reliable automobile and a valid California drivers license with a driving record acceptable to the agencys insurance carrier. Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT and CPR/First Aid. Feels comfortable working with clients in various settings. Ability to use a computer and learn necessary computer programs. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback. Strong knowledge of child abuse laws/crisis intervention techniques.
