The Human Resources Staffing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Coordinator manages full life cycle recruiting for assigned openings; posts jobs, schedules interviews and manages logistics of same, participates in the interview process, and guides candidates through the hiring process to selection. Coordinator will use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in writing fair, accurate, and consistent job descriptions with input from hiring managers. In addition, this role will research local wage data for fair and competitive wage data as needed for recommendation while working within designed budgets. Finally, this position – along with all members of the HR team – will help plan, support and participate in all HR initiatives across the organization.
