Full-time faculty positions include teaching four classes, advising, and contributing to the school’s co-curricular program as a coach or club advisor.

Candidates must possess a commitment to professional development as well as the ability and desire to collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop their department’s curriculum and pedagogy.

A team-first attitude, a sincere care for student well-being, and a commitment to advancing the school’s DEI mission are also essential qualities for a successful Rivers teacher.

A bachelor’s degree in a related subject is required.
