Salary Range

$57,500 - $80,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with AnthroMed, you’ll join a dynamic team of professionals working toward a shared goal of fostering student success and personal growth. We pride ourselves on providing unmatched clinical support, ongoing collaboration, and professional development throughout the school year. We are seeking a full-time, in person, speech-language pathologist for the 26-27 school year. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support middle school students across general education, resource room, ASD, and CI classrooms.

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday. · Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address speech and language developmental needs. · Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. · Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. · Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. · Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. · Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). · Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA). · Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.

Requirements
