Plan, organize, and conduct regular team practices, conditioning sessions, and games. Develop and implement effective soccer strategies, including offensive and defensive game plans, to enhance team performance. Monitor and maintain players' physical fitness levels, including strength and conditioning programs tailored to soccer. Minimum Requirements: Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level, preferably as a head or assistant soccer coach. Strong knowledge of soccer, including rules, strategies, techniques, and conditioning. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes, parents, and school staff. Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive team environment. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Valid coaching certification or willingness to obtain one prior to the start of the season (as required by the state or school district).
