About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Adapted PE Instructor to provide specialized physical education services to students with diverse needs for one of our school location in Canal Winchester, OH. This role is part‑time, 2 days per week, continuing through the end of the school year. The instructor will design and implement individualized activities that promote physical fitness, motor skills, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

Deliver adapted PE instruction tailored to student abilities and IEP goals. Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and participation. Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all learners.

Qualifications

Valid Ohio teaching license with Adapted Physical Education endorsement (required). Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Special Education, or related field. Experience working with students with disabilities preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
