Under the direct supervision of the Division Head of School, Teachers will: Plan and deliver high-quality and engaging classroom instruction while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment Establish and maintain clear classroom rules and routines Build and maintain professional relationships with students, families, and colleagues Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Actively participate in school events and activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities. Support and uphold all Mason Preparatory School policies and procedures as outlined in faculty and employee handbooks.
