Get certified while you work: We pay for your training and shadowing as you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification, with direct support from BCBAs. Non-billable time, including training, is paid at prevailing minimum wage.
Experience working with children and/or disabilities is desirable, but not required.
We hire experienced RBTs and those just entering the field. If you’re passionate about helping kids learn, we’ll give you the training and guidance to succeed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess a reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and provide proof of required vaccinations.
